He was a guest on their 110th episode to promote his first book, The Step by Step Instant Pot Cookbook. It was a huge success and now he is back with he 2nd book called, The Lighter Step By Step Instant Pot Cookbook. First they chat about how life has been during this last year and how his first cookbook actually came out right as the pandemic caused us all to lockdown. It has gone on to sell over 500,000 copies in one year which is unheard of for cookbooks! Lucky for all of us he was inspired by his community of Instant Pot followers to create a new lighter cookbook.
